Run the shift
The meet point is where the standard gets said out loud.
Before anyone knocks
- A meet point that does not block a driveway.
- Names, pairs, turf, and the time you will stop.
- The script, read aloud, including the one sentence.
- Water, a charged phone, clipboard, pens.
- Say the refusals out loud: no mailboxes, no entry, no arguing, no cash unless you trained it today.
On the doors, the lead stays reachable. If a canvasser is shaken, they come in. You do not send them back out to "finish the block" and prove something.
Do not. Do not tailgate into a locked apartment building. If you cannot reach the door honestly, that door is not on today's turf.
